Synopsis: Highway to Hell is a mystery short film about two friends stranded in the middle of nowhere. Everything is as it seems except for a few strange moments and a gas station attendant named Az. Carter and Mason are just trying to get gas, but things aren't that simple.
Highway to Hell takes on the themes and ideas of redemption and sin. Heavy inspiration was taken from Dante's Inferno and his nine rings of Hell. Each character is given a chance to break away from something that causes them to slip. The key is that often is it very hard for us to change. Sin is a powerful drug and it can drag anyone down.
Carter, Mason, and Matthew don't really know that what happens on the Highway to Hell is crucial to their fate. Sometimes something that we think is a bad habit and nothing more, can lead to an irreversible series of events.
